Help Tracking Down DDR Footage

Well, I am looking for the footage of the entire speech where Ulbricht tried to assure everybody that no wall was going to be built- "niemand hat die absicht eine maurer zu errichten."

But so far all I can find are 10-30 second clips, is the entire speech/discussion available somewhere?

Is this available in some DDR archival footage?

You can find transcripts of this speech here:

I did a quick search, but wasn't able to find the full video of the press conference online. If you really need the full video you should ask the Bundesarchiv (www.bundesarchiv.de). Most official documents related to the DDR should be stored there and if not, they certainly know which other archive has them at the moment.
